This is labeled as a "Japanese stailess steel foot file" I am not kidding there's a misspelling on the front but not on the back label. This also states its made in China so not sure how its Japanese. You are meant to use this foot rasp no more than 2-4 times a month. I'm not sure but this looks like a HUGE cheese grater. If you have super dry feet and rough skin, this is perfect for you. Additionally, it works best when you soak your feet for 10-20 minutes with a carrier oil to get soft feet. Helpful Report
